Buildconnect is a digital platform intended only to connect service providers with users seeking construction and related services based on posted requirements.
Buildconnect acts solely as an intermediary platform for connecting “Need Service” users and “Service Providers.” Buildconnect does not directly provide, supervise, execute, guarantee, or certify any construction or related services.
Service providers may submit approximate estimations, quotations, proposals, or responses based on the information shared by the user. Final pricing, scope, technical feasibility, and exact quotation may vary after site visit, discussion, inspection, or detailed requirement analysis.
Any quotation or estimation submitted through the platform shall be treated as indicative and non-binding unless separately agreed between the parties.
Once contact details are exchanged, both parties may directly communicate, negotiate, finalize terms, execute agreements, and proceed independently at their own discretion and responsibility.
Buildconnect shall not be responsible or liable for:
- Miscommunication between parties
- Disputes or disagreements
- Quality of work
- Delays in execution
- Cost escalation
- Financial losses
- Fraudulent activities
- Project cancellation
- Payment disputes
- Legal claims
- Damages arising from project execution or non-execution
Service providers are solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of submitted information
- Licenses and registrations
- Technical competency
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Timely execution of services
- Safety and statutory compliance
- Taxes, invoices, and contractual obligations
Buildconnect does not guarantee:
- Project allocation
- Lead conversion
- Revenue generation
- Business continuity
- Exclusivity of leads
- Accuracy or completeness of customer requirements
Service providers shall not upload false, misleading, offensive, illegal, copied, or unauthorized content on the platform.
Buildconnect reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any service provider profile, quotation, response, listing, or account without prior notice if found inappropriate or in violation of platform policies.
Verification conducted by Buildconnect, including OTP verification, business verification, email verification, or document collection, shall not be treated as certification, endorsement, guarantee, or legal validation of any party.
Service providers shall independently verify customer requirements, site conditions, project feasibility, and payment credentials before proceeding with any work or agreement.
Any agreement, work order, purchase order, or contract executed between the user and service provider shall be considered an independent arrangement between those parties only.
Buildconnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
By registering on Buildconnect, the service provider agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buildconnect, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, disputes, liabilities, losses, or legal proceedings arising from interactions with users.
Buildconnect reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
