Buildconnect is a digital platform intended only to connect users with independent service providers, contractors, builders, consultants, architects, suppliers, land sellers, buyers and other construction-related professionals based on the user’s requirements.

Buildconnect does not directly provide construction, contracting, engineering, architectural, labor, material supply, consultancy, or related services.

All discussions, negotiations, agreements, pricing, payments, timelines, quality commitments, warranties and project execution are solely between the user and the respective service provider.

Users are advised to independently verify the credentials, licenses, experience, quotations, certifications, references, and background of any service provider before entering into any agreement or making payments.

Any agreement or contract entered into between users and service providers shall be treated as an independent arrangement between those parties only.

Users shall ensure that all information, documents, descriptions, and requirements submitted on the platform are true and lawful. Posting misleading, false, offensive, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.

Buildconnect reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, modify, or remove any requirement, account, listing, or response without prior notice if found inappropriate or in violation of platform policies.

Contact details shared between parties are intended only for business communication related to the posted requirement.

Buildconnect may use OTP verification, email verification, admin approval mechanisms, and moderation systems to improve platform authenticity; however, such verification does not constitute legal certification or endorsement of any user or service provider.

Buildconnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use of the platform.

By using this platform, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buildconnect, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, disputes, or losses arising from interactions between users and service providers.

Buildconnect reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
